Big Sister

She was pointing at the camera, telling him to say cheese

She really wanted to hold him while we were watching tv. She hugged on him so much, almost to the point of squishing him! I had to keep telling her to leave him alone so he can sleep! She always wants to wake him up so they can play; she loves when he looks at her.

She kept telling me all day "take a picture!" .. She is loving being a big sister, and she is such a big help!

Here she's helping me keep him from crying .. she rubs his head and says "shhh, it's ok Riley" .. it's so cute!

In the Hospital

Later that day when Kenzie came back, she was much more awake and very happy to see Riley. She is such a big help with him already!

She finally woke up and got to hold him. Even though she was sleepy, she liked her new baby brother!

Riley Update

Riley is still hanging on and not wanting to be born! Our original due date remains the same (Sept. 6), but we have scheduled to be induced Sept. 2nd at 6am. Our doctor said that in the last week of pregnance, there is no risk to inducing early, and we figured the earlier the better! We are very excited to have him here and have been talking to Kenzie about him a lot as well. She seems to be excited, but we will see how she is when he starts playing with her toys!
