Parade of Lights

We went to the Parade of Lights out at Grapevine. We didn't really get any pictures of the parade, but we did get one of Riley all bundled up in the cold!

Fat and happy, at 3 and a half months and about 20 pounds!
He's the cutest little boy I've ever seen!!!!!

2 months old

Today was his 2-month check up at the doctor's office. He is 24.5 inches (96th percentile) and just over 15 pounds (99th percentile!!!). He is a big boy, and growing fast! The doctor gave the okay to start adding cereal to his formula since he is still eating every two hours (we can almost set a clock to his eating schedule), hopefully that will help keep his big belly full for a longer period of time. He is doing well, healthy and happy, all smiles when he is awake (and doesn't have a bottle in his mouth). Kenzie had continued to be a HUGE help with him too!

4 weeks old today! Wow, the time is going by so fast ... He is getting chubbier, his cheeks have started to fill out nicely. According to our scales at home, he is about 10.5 lbs. now. His next check up is when he is 2 months old, and we will get a more accurate weight then.

Big Sister

Big Sister

She really wanted to hold him while we were watching tv. She hugged on him so much, almost to the point of squishing him! I had to keep telling her to leave him alone so he can sleep! She always wants to wake him up so they can play; she loves when he looks at her.

Later that day when Kenzie came back, she was much more awake and very happy to see Riley. She is such a big help with him already!
